Note: You can't click on a flash file to get to the next page. Click on the "Next" button instead to keep reading!
Explore the room! There're 28 clickable objects in general. Some of them are meaningful and others are silly, that's for you to guess.
For those who can't find the 'next' arrow: just change '/comics/6' to '/comics/7' in the URL, we'll fix that eventually.
Ага, хомяк вот соберется с духом и запилит все надписи сюда
Are you &&&&ing serious? An interactive comic?!
Color me amazed. O_O
I'm all for expanding the scope of storytelling, but dammit, why Flash?
This comic is my first experiment with other mediums. Nursery Garden was done by another person, I have no skill in such things (I barely have skills for Flash -_-). Besides, giving an outgoing link for every interactive page is not very comfortable :)
This is really cool.
absolutely amazing... I am wigging out.. sooo cool.
Sweet jesus this is amazing.
I can't see the option to move on to the next page.
Yes but how do I leave the room?
You don't need to leave it, only explore :>
but we can't find the option to move on to the next page
Hmm? Is something wrong with the 'next' button? :v
Not per se, but the flash is bigger than the normal strip and your page doesn't resize, so the "next" button seems to disappear behind the flash, unclickable.
Still a great idea, I think it would be even better if the mouse changed in any way as soon as it's over a clickable object. Keep up the good work :)
Ah, is that so! Well, I'll see what we can do, as soon as my friend has an opportunity to work again UvU
You can't tell when comments were posted. Was this discussion a long time ago? Because I still can't find a link to the next page :S A bit discouraging at the beginning of a comic. Good luck I already got hooked ;)
I love all the little references in the book titles/authors! They made me smile, haha. ^u^ Also, your colors are absolutely gorgeous!
I like how the aunt and uncle are sporting shutter shades shades.
I like all of it, actually.
I liked that photo..until I was disturbed by her aunt's absolute lack of ribs...
"Lonely People" by E. Rigby, "Slumberland" by L. Nemo... "Special Place" by J. Sunderland? Done. x3
i cant find the last item ;A;
I can't find 28 clickable objects. I've only found 17 !!!!! how am I supposed to go on?
Amazing artwork and a cute interactive device. The books belong in Lucien's library from Sandman!
What the ..
Would be even better with some music and/or sound effects, with small animations too (like character breathing, hair moving, cat tail moving). I understand this is not your domain, but I was putting the idea out there :)
Ergonomy though, the room is not user friendly. There is no indication anywhere of what the purpose of the flash is or what I should be looking for. If I hadn't read the comments, I never would have known there were several interactions to be had here. Perhaps a mouseover visual and/or "items to be discovered" counter would help defining the purpose.
Additionnaly, I know the missing "next page" button has already been mentionned, but I think it is urgent to fix. If my friend hadn't given me reason to believe she had read more than this, I would have thought this page to be the last update and quickly leave the comic. The only way to go to the next page is through the archive. Most new readers may stop here as well and leave without looking.
Good work though, the artwork is refreshing!
how do i get past the interactive page?
How did you put this interactive thing in there? Is it Flash?
I've always wanted to do an interactive comic, but how did you put this in here? I didn't know you could do that. Wow.
This comic is utterly amazing and I'm really looking forward to how the story goes. I've subscribed :D
It's flash, comicfury supports this format, which is pretty awesome. Thanks!
I love how it is interactive but how do I get on to the next page? there is no 'next' button?
