This comic is my first experiment with other mediums. Nursery Garden was done by another person, I have no skill in such things (I barely have skills for Flash -_-). Besides, giving an outgoing link for every interactive page is not very comfortable :)
Not per se, but the flash is bigger than the normal strip and your page doesn't resize, so the "next" button seems to disappear behind the flash, unclickable.
Still a great idea, I think it would be even better if the mouse changed in any way as soon as it's over a clickable object. Keep up the good work :)
You can't tell when comments were posted. Was this discussion a long time ago? Because I still can't find a link to the next page :S A bit discouraging at the beginning of a comic. Good luck I already got hooked ;)
Interesting!
Would be even better with some music and/or sound effects, with small animations too (like character breathing, hair moving, cat tail moving). I understand this is not your domain, but I was putting the idea out there :)
Ergonomy though, the room is not user friendly. There is no indication anywhere of what the purpose of the flash is or what I should be looking for. If I hadn't read the comments, I never would have known there were several interactions to be had here. Perhaps a mouseover visual and/or "items to be discovered" counter would help defining the purpose.
Additionnaly, I know the missing "next page" button has already been mentionned, but I think it is urgent to fix. If my friend hadn't given me reason to believe she had read more than this, I would have thought this page to be the last update and quickly leave the comic. The only way to go to the next page is through the archive. Most new readers may stop here as well and leave without looking.
How did you put this interactive thing in there? Is it Flash?
I've always wanted to do an interactive comic, but how did you put this in here? I didn't know you could do that. Wow.
This comic is utterly amazing and I'm really looking forward to how the story goes. I've subscribed :D

Explore the room! There're 28 clickable objects in general. Some of them are meaningful and others are silly, that's for you to guess.
For those who can't find the 'next' arrow: just change '/comics/6' to '/comics/7' in the URL, we'll fix that eventually.
